12 × 16 in. | Acrylic & Graphite
Transient explores the fleeting nature of movement, memory, and presence. Soft layers of blue acrylic create an atmospheric, almost dreamlike field, while delicate graphite-drawn butterflies emerge across the surface—light, fragile, and seemingly suspended inmotion.
The butterflies serve as a quiet reminder of how temporary certain moments can be. Their movement through the open blue space suggests passing through rather than arriving, inviting the viewer to pause and reflect on the beauty found in things that cannot be held onto forever.
Created with acrylic and graphite on canvas, Transient balances expressive texture with delicate linework, creating a piece that feels both ethereal and grounded.
Materials: Acrylic & graphite on canvas
